Partner Deposits
Payout Partner Deposits sub-module facilitates the recording, tracking, and auditing of financial deposits made to or from payout partners. These deposits are crucial for reconciling fund flows and maintaining financial integrity in partner relationships. Administrators can both credit (add funds) or debit (remove funds) from a partnerβs balance manually, with each transaction capturing essential data like currency, amount, and payment methods.
1. Payout Partner Deposit. Admin can add new debit and credit entry, Amin can edit entry and also delete existing entry.

2. Click "New Debit Entry" Used when deducting funds from a payout partnerβs balanceβe.g due to reconciliation adjustments

How much money to take out, and in what currency

The exchange rate and final value in the destination currency

How the money is being removed (like a refund or chargeback)

And a note to explain why the money is being deducted

4. Click "Add new Credit Entry"
use this to increase a payout partnerβs available balance.

5. Who you're giving the money to (Payout Partner)
- How much you're adding and in what currency
- The exchange rate if you're converting money to another currency
- The final amount the partner will receive
- How the money was added (like through a bank or manually)
- And a note to explain what the deposit is for
